A shipping management firm headquartered at 300 First Stamford Place in Stamford has become a primary tenant at the Malkin Properties development after four years as a subtenant.
Intrepid Shipping L.L.C., which was founded in 2002 and boasts a fleet of eight ocean-going vessels, will remain in its 2,100-square-foot space on the building’s second floor through 2018, announced Malkin’s Jeffery H. Newman.
Malkin was also represented by Kimberly Zaccagnino and Tara Long, while the tenant represented itself in the transaction.
The three-building, 810,000-square-foot office complex at First Stamford Place is a block from the Stamford Transportation Center.
