Headhunting firm RSR Partners will be the lead tenant in the newly renovated waterfront property at 600 Steamboat Road in Greenwich.
GRC Realty Corp. owns the 180,000-square-foot building.

Renovations include new windows, a roof, a refinished lobby and upgrades to its mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The building was built in 1972.
RSR Partners will be relocating its headquarters to the property from 8 Sound Shore Drive in Greenwich, nearly doubling its square footage to 9,400 square feet. The firm also has offices in Los Angeles, Cleveland, New York and Chicago.
