RMS Companies, a real estate development firm based in Stamford, was recently awarded a 2012 Home Building Industry Award (HOBI) for Parallel 41, the firm’s newest luxury apartment community.
The HOBI awards are the most prestigious construction and design awards presented in Connecticut. RMS won the award for the Best Luxury Rental Community.
Parallel 41 is a 124-unit building in downtown Stamford that RMS describes as offering “a luxurious urban lifestyle at competitive prices.” Amenities in the building include a fitness center, movie theater, cappuccino bar, billiards room, as well as a 4,500-square-foot rooftop terrace.
“We are honored to be recognized once again by the HRBA of Connecticut for our latest offering,” said Randy Salvatore, owner of RMS Cos., in a press release. “Awards like these validate the hard work and commitment of all the individuals within our organization and motivates us to continue to develop products which try to differentiate ourselves from the competition.”
Construction of Parallel 41 was completed in less than 10 months and the building is currently 75 percent leased.
