Citing what it terms “growth opportunities along the I-95 corridor and in the northern part of Connecticut,” Regus, a global provider of flexible work spaces with a robust in-state presence, recently opened new locations in Bridgeport and Windsor.
Each of these openings represents a new market for Regus, as the company continues to expand in response to the growing interest for flexible working among businesses of all sizes, the Luxembourg-based company said in a press release.
Regus, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, has 2,000 business centers in 104 countries. More than 1.85 million customers visit a Regus location each day, the release said. There are now 17 Regus centers throughout Connecticut.
In Bridgeport, the new facility is at the RBS building at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. in a space identified as the penthouse suite, offering views of the Long Island Sound.
The Windsor center looks to tap the insurance, health care and biosciences sectors from Hartford and Massachusetts at its 360 Bloomfield Ave. site.
“Regus flexible solutions are enabling businesses to do some of their best work,” said Maria Paitchel, Regus regional vice president. “We have become a key ingredient in our clients”™ success and our ongoing expansion in Connecticut confirms the resounding benefits of flexible work spaces.”
Regus offers customizable Wi-Fi workspaces for businesses large and small. Fully furnished offices, meeting rooms and a dedicated co-working space are available for any length of time.
