Pyramid Real Estate Group has been named the receiver for 1.89 acres of property between Church Street and Sherwood Place in Greenwich. Owned by Greenwich”™s Sherwood Church LLC, the real estate includes four commercial buildings consisting of 25,903 square feet, including a restaurant and medical office, as well as six single and multi-family homes with a total of 11 apartments.
The package of properties joins a multi-family building in Greenwich and a two-family house in Stamford for which Stamford-based Pyramid is the receiver. As a receiver, Pyramid”™s responsibilities include collecting rents, paying bills, overseeing deferred maintenance, filling vacancies and managing financial reporting.
The commercial space is fully leased while only one residential unit is unoccupied with a lease pending, according to Russell Munz, Pyramid co-owner and president.
