Prudential Connecticut Realty President Candace Adams was named the company’s CEO effective Jan. 1, announced Peter Helie, chairman of the Wallingford-based real estate firm.
Adams will continue to serve as president of Prudential Connecticut Realty, which has grown more than 46 percent under her leadership, the company said. Prudential Connecticut Realty currently employs 1,400 sales executives at 52 locations in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
“I am extremely confident that she will continue to grow and expand the company and deliver the highest level of service to our customers and sales associates,” Helie said in a prepared statement. Helie will continue to serve as the company’s chairman.
