Health care innovation, FDA regulations and stories of successful women will be discussed at Powerful Women in Science, Research and Medicine Research on Jan. 21. The annual event presented by Westfair Communications and The College of New Rochelle, also the host, will feature networking with lunch and a panel. The event will be held at the college’s Maura Ballroom at 29 Castle Place in New Rochelle from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Panelists include:
- Jane Brody, personal health columnist for The New York Times.
- Sharon Kiely, senior vice president, medical affairs and chief medical officer at Stamford Hospital.
- Ellen Levee, senior director of veterinary services and vivarium operations for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals.
- Elizabeth Frost, professor of anesthesiology at Icahn Medical Center at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The panel will be moderated by Elizabeth Bracken-Thompson, partner at Thompson & Bender, and Maureen Killackey, director of clinical care services at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital.
