Stamford-based Pitney Bowes has partnered with Graphiq, a semantic technology and data visualization company based in Santa Barbara, California, that will provide the real estate industry and prospective homebuyers with enhanced data on neighborhoods through an interactive visualization application programming interface.
In this partnership, Graphiq will incorporate Pitney Bowes data related to local communities into a dedicated application that will offer statistical information related to specific neighborhoods, including school attendance zones and homeownership rates.
“When it comes to deriving meaningful business insight, data is just half the battle,” said Dan Adams, vice president of data products at Pitney Bowes. “Being able to analyze that data and visualize relationships and patterns between data points is critical, especially in the real estate industry. We”™re excited to partner with Graphiq and join our world-class capabilities to deliver value to U.S. customers.”
