Peppers & Rogers adds analytics provider

With backing from its controlling stakeholder, Peppers & Rogers Group acquired iKnowtion L.L.C., which uses advanced analytics to assist companies in optimizing the money they spend on marketing.

Stamford-based Peppers & Rogers consults on business customer strategies.

The companies did not immediately disclose financial terms. Peppers & Rogers was acquired in 2010 for $13 million by TeleTech Holdings Inc. The Englewood, Colo.-based holding company this month added $150 million to its available financing package with an eye on additional acquisitions.

Burlington, Mass.-based iKnowtion was founded in 1999.
