For $850,000, Penmar Industries bought a 14,000-square-foot industrial building at 35 Ontario St. in Stratford, with plans to relocate there from Norwalk.
Angel Commercial L.L.C. brokered the transaction.
Penmar is currently located at 1 Bates Ct. in Norwalk. Led by Ed Rodriguez, the company provides packaging, labels, barcode printers and related products and services.
