David Ogilvy & Associates, a real estate firm in Greenwich, is marketing a private Greenwich residence for $65 million.
The new listing at 25 Lower Cross Road includes 80 acres in the gated Conyers Farm community. The house has 8,038 square feet, 10 bedrooms, nine full baths and three half-baths. The site includes tennis, a pool, pool house, four cottages, a two-story office, a “party barn” and a 22-stall stable.
Ogilvy calculated the monthly payment for the property ”“ with a fixed-rate, 15-year mortgage (at 3.18 percent interest) after a 20 percent down payment of $13 million ”“ is $363,621 per month.
Ogilvy in 2014 sold the Copper Beach Farm property in Greenwich ”“ including 51 acres ”“ for $120 million. At the time, principal David Ogilvy said Copper Beach was the most expensive private residence in the U.S.
Ogilvy is also marketing the 521 Round Hill Road property in Greenwich, a brick mansion with 40 acres, for $58 million. That 1918 property last July also reportedly hit the market at $65 million.
Conyers Farms is 14,460 acres. Several homes are listed for sale there in the range of $6.9 million to $13.9 million.
