Cloud event management software company etouches has announced plans to continue its expansion into the large global enterprise marketplace by broadening its senior executive leadership team, positioning the company for growth through a combination of strategic acquisitions made over the last 18 months.
The Norwalk company recently acquired and integrated four leading event technology tools into its event management platform: venue sourcing solution inevention; event mobile app TapCrowd; booking and venue sourcing solution Zentila; and Loopd, an enterprise SaaS start-up that enhances attendee experience through data-driven technology. In January, the company said it was looking to hire over 100 people globally.
To support its growth imperatives, etouches has hired Chalva Tchkotoua as its new chief marketing officer to lead the global enterprise marketing strategy and go-to-market initiatives aligned to key industry verticals. Tchkotoua recently worked at Time Warner Cable Business Services, where he led global marketing efforts for the company”™s enterprise, carrier and cloud services business through NaviSite, a cloud company acquired by TWC.
“Chalva joins etouches at a critical juncture in our company”™s development as we embark on harnessing the large current market opportunity,” said etouches CEO Oni Chukwu. “We are looking to create fresh, dynamic industry leadership through optimized market exposure and sustained thought leadership positioning etouches as the market leader in this space.”
With the appointment of Tchkotoua, etouches”™ current head of marketing Nicola Rossetti is becoming vice president of European markets and will be based in Reading, U.K.
