Littlejohn & Company L.L.C. has acquired Synchronous Aerospace Group, a Santa Ana, Calif., company that makes parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry.
Greenwich-based Littlejohn did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
Synchronous was formed in 2002 following the acquisition of Fansteel Schulz Products by Hancock Park Associates, which has since tacked on six additional acquisitions. Synchronous employs more than 650 people today.
The company”™s products include wing assemblies and flaps for planes from Boeing Co. and other manufacturers.
