Postmark Apartments, the latest luxury apartment complex at Harbor Point in Stamford, is set to  open Jan. 25.
Leasing is underway for 402 units, with rent starting at $2,000 per month for a one-bedroom unit.
Located near the old Pitney Bowes headquarters, the building is a part of the Harbor Point development project, which is set to build a total of 4,050 residential units,  400,000 square feet of office space and 130,000 square feet of retail in the south end of Stamford.
The sixth residential building, the Postmark units will bring the tally of new residences at Harbor Point up to 1,752 units so far. Leasing at 111 Harbor Point also began in July.
“Harbor Point has evolved into a premier residential and retail destination that”™s brimming with activity year round,” said Paul Macknight, residential portfolio director for developer, Building and Land Technology. “Featuring upscale residences in fully-amenitized buildings, eclectic shops and restaurants, more than 20 acres of parks, a mile-long waterfront boardwalk, world-class marinas and an exciting calendar of entertainment and events, Harbor Point offers an all-encompassing 24/7 lifestyle just 45 minutes from Manhattan that”™s simply unlike any other found in this area.”
That’s a massive complex and a huge amount of office space. The units look nice but also that they’ll be affordable, not a super upscale build. Am I on track with that?
