Land Rover of Milford will relocate to Fairfield after buying land at 1 Commerce Drive for $2.65 million.
Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, announced the car dealership purchased 2 acres of industrial land, which also encompasses 2135 Commerce Drive, Bridgeport, and 5 Commerce Drive, Fairfield.
An 18,752-square-foot facility on the site called Jaguar Land Rover Centre will sell and service Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
Jaguar Land Rover Centre will join Audi, Porsche, Infiniti and Mercedes dealerships on Commerce Drive.
The seller, CLS Bridgeport LLC, was represented by Angel Commercial, and the purchaser, One Commerce Drive LLC, operating as Land Rover and Jaguar, was represented by Coldwell Banker.
