“Back to school” came early this year as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County hosted an event titled “Ultimate Summer Learning Extravaganza,” drawing 400 real estate professionals to the Crowne Plaza in Danbury.
The all-day event opened with a general session featuring expert speakers who provided tips about effective listing presentations. Breakout sessions focused on industry topics that included strategies to attract more business; expand professional networks; and create and build relationships with prospective buyers, sellers and landlords. The event also featured a trade show where participants could learn about products and services designed to assist them with their day-to-day business.
“At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, we recognize the importance of offering education and networking events that can help the company”™s affiliated agents grow their business,” said Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, who oversees 51 offices and 2,200 affiliated sales representatives. “It was great to bring together so many real estate professionals who demonstrated their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn more about the industry and how they can further develop their skills in order to better assist their home buyer and seller clients.”
