Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has released its 2016 Home Listing Report, ranking the affordability of 67 real estate markets in Connecticut. Greenwich emerged as the most expensive market in the state with an average listing price of $1,349,048, while Hartford ranked as the most affordable market with an average listing price of $144,981.
Greenwich was also ranked among the top 15 most expensive markets in the U.S., coming in at No. 12.
The annual report tanks the average listing price of more than 50,000 four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in over 2,000 markets.
