BRIDGEPORT – Four businesses have either renewed their leases or expanded their presence earlier this month at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard, according to Avison Young, the real estate investment firm representing the office building owner Shelbourne Lafayette LLC.
Regus, a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, renewed its lease for 15,000 square feet on the 11th floor. It has been a long-term tenant.
The Metropolitan Council of Governments expanded its footprint by leasing 4,248 square feet on the 9th floor, supporting its growing operations and regional planning initiatives.
Career Resources, a workforce development organization, renewed its lease for 4,783 square feet on the 3rd floor, continuing its mission to provide employment and training services to the community.
Cellino Law, a personal injury law firm, has expanded into 2,904 square feet on the 2nd floor.
“These transactions demonstrate the strength of the Bridgeport market and the versatility of 1000 Lafayette Boulevard as a destination for both global and regional organizations,” said Sean Cahill, principal and managing director at Avison Young. “We are proud to partner with Shelbourne and our clients to meet their evolving space needs.”
