Fairfield office building sells for $937,500

The office building at 173 Sherman St. in Fairfield has sold to an undisclosed buyer for $937,500. Brett A. Sherman, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, represented the seller, Paradigm Holdings LLC.

The property is a 2,556-square-foot, two-and-a-half-story office building that had been remodeled prior to the sale.
