Black Rock Coffee House and Kitchen offers a curated menu that blends fresh, locally sourced ingredients with innovative culinary techniques. Executive Chef Lindsay Penev says she likes to “collaborate with local businesses and source ingredients from regional farms.” Hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; and will be adjusting their hours to accommodate their dinner service that will be implemented in the near future.

Osu Jerk Grill is a new Afro-Caribbean restaurant located right off Exit 14, in the former spot of Franky Swank’s and No Leftovers Restaurant. Its mission is to bring the bold, authentic flavors of Ghana and Jamaica to Connecticut, celebrating the rich culinary traditions and the surprising similarities between these two vibrant cultures. That includes crafting dishes that honor the deep-rooted flavors of jerk cooking, West African spices, and Caribbean influences.

Dmitry Balysany’s hedge fund will occupy the Class A property’s seventh floor in a leasing deal brokered by Newmark Executive Managing Director Cory Gubner and Managing Director Benjamin Goldstein. Balysany Asset Management will maintain its existing location in Greenwich as well as its newly expanded space in New York City. Balysany is a diversified global investment firm founded in 2001 by Dmitry Balyasny, Scott Schroeder, and Taylor O’Malley.
