Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury has signed three new tenants.
Michael Kors, a fashion and accessory store with locations already in Westchester County, N.Y., and in Greenwich signed a lease this month for 2,100 square feet.
The American Eagle offshoot called 77kids also signed a lease this month for 5,000 square feet. The 77kids store will feature children”™s and tween clothing.
Melissa Eigen, mall marketing director for Macerich, which owns Danbury Fair (and which manages the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, N.Y.), said this is the “first to market,” or first store, for the 77kids effort.
Verizon also signed a lease at Danbury Fair this year and this spring opened a 3,600-square-foot retail space.
“We”™re very pleased with the new additions,” said Eigen.
