Danbury-based Benay Enterprises and its president Dawn Reshen-Doty have been recognized as “Connecticut Minority-Owned Small Business” for 2016 by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The back-office services supplier, which started in 1986, provides bookkeeping services, financial reporting, budgeting, integrative payroll, HR and benefits administration.
Reshen-Doty is also affiliated with a number of community organizations, including the Danbury Innovation Center, several committees at Western Connecticut State University, and Danbury VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance).
