Angel Commercial LLC in Southport has leased 8,400 square feet of commercial space in New Haven to The Connecticut Fund for the Environment.
The environmental organization, which works to protect and improve the land, air, and water of Connecticut and Long Island Sound in conjunction with its bi-state program, Save the Sound, relocated its headquarters to 900 Chapel St. from a previous location on 142 Temple St.
Lester Fradkoff, Angel Commercial senior vice president, represented the new tenant and John Keogh from Colliers International represented the landlord in this transaction.
CSD Tower LLC of Philadelphia is currently listed as the building’s owner.
