Accounting firm Kreinik & Co. L.L.C. merged with Danbury-based Fiorita Kornhaas & Co. P.C., with the combined company dropping the Kreinik name but maintaining its Southbury office.
“We have been seeking smaller accounting firms to link up with and are eager to expand our firm’s presence along the I-84 corridor in the Southbury region,” said Joseph Fiorita Jr., a Fiorita Kornhaas partner, in a prepared statement.
