Recovery audit firm Connolly L.L.C. signed a new long-term lease in Norwalk for 11,000-square-feet of Tier III data center space.
The company leased the space to fulfill its growing data center capacity and has purchased the previous tenant’s fixtures and equipment, including raised floors, wiring, cabling, cooling towers, amp power feeds and security. The facility is located at 10 Norden Place.
Jones Lang LaSalle vice presidents, George Walker and John Stoddard, represented Connolly in the transaction. The building owner was represented by Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Jodie Dostal.
