WESTPORT – A longtime managing director has been elevated to partner at Charter Realty, a leading full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in leasing.
Peter Levine of Westport joined Charter Realty in 2011, and has spent the past 14 years, spearheaded leasing strategies for some of the firm’s most high-profile clients and projects, including the redevelopment of legacy retail properties and the successful expansion of national tenants into new markets.
His diverse list of retail, restaurant, medical, education and office clients has enabled him to close more than 500 transactions, comprising several million square feet. A select few of his past and current clients include: Restore Hyper Wellness, Shake Shack, Goldfish Swim School, 24 Hour Fitness, Northwell Health, COBS Bread, PGA TOUR Superstore and Primrose Schools.
