Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, a residential real estate brokerage company that operates in Westchester and Fairfield counties, recently acquired the assets of Goodfellow Homes LLC, which conducts business as ERA Goodfellow Homes Real Estate in Danbury.
The Goodfellow Homes office at 26 Mill Plain Road in Danbury will be integrated into the Coldwell Banker office at 18 Mill Plain Road, according to a Coldwell press release. The 28 salespeople at Goodfellow Homes will join Coldwell Banker. Former Goodfellow Homes President Scott T. Cooney will now serve as manager of the combined Danbury branch.
“By affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the sales associates will gain the benefit of being able to offer their clients and customers exceptional online marketing programs while taking advantage of state-of-the-art technology and skill development programs that better position them in the marketplace,” Cooney said in the press release.
Coldwell Banker operates 52 offices with more than 2,200 sales associates in Connecticut and Westchester County. The company is part of NRT LLC.
