Co-Communications Inc., a marketing and public relations agency headquartered in Mount Kisco, has acquired 341 Studios in Darien, Connecticut.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Connecticut marketing and design agency will take the name Co-Communications. Founded in 1999 by Gretchen Bruno and Felicia Rubinstein, 341 Studios includes a team of designers, developers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and e-communication specialists.
A spokeswoman for Co-Communications said both Bruno and Rubinstein will remain with the company to facilitate a smooth transition and provide ongoing consulting.
Founded in 1997 by Stacey Cohen, its president and CEO, Co-Communications has evolved from its start as a traditional public relations agency to offer more expansive, integrated communications solutions for clients. The Westchester-based company also operates offices in Farmington, Connecticut and Manhattan.
“Welcoming 341 Studios into the Co-Communications family propels our vision to provide deeper, richer and more comprehensive graphic design and interactive services,” Cohen said in the purchase announcement. “We”™ve been consistently impressed with their exceptional talent, long-term client relationships and dedication to the rigor, integrity and professionalism it takes to succeed.”
Rubinstein said the Darien agency sought to partner with a company “aligned with our vision and culture of collaboration.”
The agencies”™ newly combined services include marketing, advertising, public relations, social media marketing, branding and web design and development. Both firms represent clients in real estate, finance, health care, education, nonprofit, hospitality and tourism.
