NORWALK – Circulent Inc., a technology managed service provider, has moved its headquarters to a 2,881-square-foot office at 800 Connecticut Ave., according to the Norwalk and Rye Brook-based broker Choyce Peterson.
Circulent, which relocated from 6 Thorndal Circle in Darien, focuses on IT Infrastructure, Help Desk, Cybersecurity, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Cloud Computing, Voice Over IP, and the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Their speciality is small- to medium-sized businesses that have around 10–1,000 employees.
Choyce Peterson Principal John Hannigan represented Circulent in the lease transaction. Choyce Peterson is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to their lease expiration, Circulent’s CEO Marcus Lee reached out to Hannigan to represent them in the search and negotiation for new headquarters office space.
Hannigan led Lee on multiple building tours across Norwalk and Darien, and subsequently evaluated viable proposals from several landlords competing for Circulent’s occupancy. Lee ultimately selected a furnished pre-built office at 800 Connecticut Ave. The suite was designed with a high-end aesthetic that appealed to Lee and his team. In addition, the complex there offers a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, conference facilities, abundant parking, gourmet café, full-time security and an expansive atrium.
“I am so glad to have worked with John on our new office space,” Lee said. “By leading me on multiple building tours, I was able to get a feel for what the office space market had to offer, which enabled me to choose the best space for my company and sign a lease that works well for our business. I’m excited to begin the next chapter for my company in our beautiful new office.”
The landlord, KH 800 Connecticut Ave LLC, was represented by Brian Scruton, managing director; Adam Klimek, executive director; and Michael Norris, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield.
