The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) is offering free insurance advice for Hurricane Sandy victims.
Residents can call the free emergency hotline at 866-209-5099 or email hotline@ctbar.org to reach CBA staff and be referred to an attorney for legal advice.
The attorneys, working on a pro bono basis, will attempt to respond to inquiries within 24 hours to help clients navigate the claims process easier.
CBA launched the emergency hotline in February and is activated to aid disaster victims when necessary.
