A team of commercial real estate brokers in the Westchester-Fairfield market has joined the Stamford, Conn. office of CBRE Group.
Robert Caruso, senior managing director of the CBRE regional office in Stamford, announced the addition of Brian Carcaterra as a senior vice president, Michael McCall as a vice president and Peter Hansen as a senior associate. The trio had worked together at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Greenwich, Conn. office, where their accounts included The Exchange, the 14-building, 1.6-million-square-foot office park portfolio of Normandy Real Estate Partners in Harrison and White Plains.
Carcaterra was an analyst at Morgan Stanley before joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he managed the firm’s Westchester-Fairfield operation as a principal. An all-American lacrosse goalie at Johns Hopkins University, he played professional lacrosse before starting his business career. He completed the Harvard Business School executive program in commercial real estate.
McCall, who captained the lacrosse team at the University of North Carolina, joined Carcaterra’s leasing team at Newmark and was exclusive leasing agent to The Centre at Purchase, a four-building, 670,000-square-foot, Class AÂ office park.
Hansen joined Newmark Knight Grubb Frank after graduating from Hobart College, where he played lacrosse and captained the squash team. He was part of Newmark’s leasing team at The Exchange.
