The 6,380-square-foot retail strip center at 4086-4108 Main St. in Bridgeport has been sold to a private investor for $1 million, according to Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Southport-based realtor Angel Commercial.
The 0.47-acre property was owned by Applebaum Schneider and is fully leased, with Luigi”™s Italian Pastries as its anchor tenant.
