The Bridgeport Bluefish will open the Ballpark at Harbor Yard tonight, Wednesday, Oct. 28, for a World Series viewing party on the big screen.
Gates open at 7 p.m. Food and beverages will be sold. The event ends with the end of the game.
“The Mets have not been in the World Series since 2000,” the Bluefish said. “The Bluefish would like to invite all Bluefish fans, Mets fans and baseball fans to the ballpark for a fun evening of watching one of our favorite teams fight for the World Series title.”
