A Stamford limousine company has formed an international joint venture to provide service on both sides of the pond.
Alliance Limousine has formed Reliance UK with London-based Reliance Chauffeur Drive London G.R.P., in hopes of improving accessibility for its U.S. clients in Britain. The two companies have worked together for eight years.
The companies did not disclose financial terms of the joint investment.
Founded in 1999, Alliance Limousine is among the largest limo companies in Fairfield County, also booking charter jets and helicopters, and organizing corporate meetings.
Alan Oyugi, CEO of Alliance, will oversee the North American operations, while his Reliance counterpart will direct operations in Britain.
