Just because you”™re vegan or gluten-free doesn”™t mean you have to sacrifice taste. Known for its plant-based dishes, tonics and cocktails, abcV has opened up a second location at Waccabuc resident Jean-Georges Vongerichten”™s Tin Building in Lower Manhattan. Helmed by Vongerichten and Neal Harden, chef of plant-based development, abcV has seasonal vegan and vegetarian offerings. Check out the menu here.
