The event will feature Fit City’s various activities promoting physical fitness and healthy habits. Kids and grown-ups will enjoy interactive games at the Training Facility, such as Stretch & Flex and Pump it Up, that stimulate physical activity. Spoonful of Sugar Grocery is also available to learn about healthy nutrition and make informed choices about sugar intake at the fun self-checkout. At Mindball Park, visitors can challenge their mental abilities by controlling a metal ball using EEG technology to improve cognitive skills with a calm, focused mind.
