Children’s Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) announces registration is now open for their 9th Annual Golf Outing at The Stanwich Club in Greenwich, CT, on Thursday, May 29.

Experience a day of purposeful fun as golf and philanthropy intersect. Take part in a mission-driven round of golf, indulge in delicious food, and make a difference by supporting CLC in their efforts to prepare young children for kindergarten and beyond.

The 9th Annual Outing will kick off at 9 am with a shotgun start. This all-inclusive Tournament includes breakfast, golf, greens fees, on-course contests, and a luncheon reception. Carmen Hughes, a CLC Board Member, and Bob Rahilly, a CLC Leadership Council Member, are co-chairpersons for the 2025 CLC Golf Outing.

Currently ranked as the #1 Golf Course in the State by Golf Digest, The Stanwich Club has hosted several PGA, USGA, AJGA, and Collegiate local and national championships. Stanwich also hosts an annual international invitational tournament, The Farrell, with both male and female divisions each September.

To date, sponsors include Day Pitney LLP, Alera Group, Emcor Group, Inc., and USI Insurance Services. Fairfield County Look is the media sponsor. Cadillac of Greenwich is sponsoring a Hole in One Contest with a chance to win $10,000. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available.

According to CLC Chief Executive Officer Monica Maccera Filppu, “the Golf Outing organized by CLC plays a crucial role in securing funds for CLC’s programs and promoting equal access to high-quality early education for children, regardless of their family’s financial standing.”
