Power company moves to Norwalk

North American Power and Gas L.L.C., a fast-growing energy company with an emphasis on social responsibility, recently opened a new headquarters in Norwalk.

Founded in 2009, the company allows customers to both choose renewable energy sources to heat and power their homes and pick a charity to donate $1 a month to through their Mission to Millions charity campaign.

The company currently serves over 250,000 customers in nine deregulated energy markets, including Connecticut and New York. Each month the company donates more than $50,000 to charity.

Forbes magazine has listed the company as one of the nation’s fastest-growing energy suppliers. Moving forward, the company plans to continue expanding in deregulated markets.
