Keeping costs down heats up

Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce had to cancel its Jan. 7 legislative roundtable due to the snowstorm but Wednesday, Jan. 14, skies were blue (as were some hands and feet in the artic temperatures) and more than 150 business and municipal leaders turned out to hear what local government plans to do to lower costs.
