The Village Green and Ardsley Shopping Center have both been fully leased, brokers at Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. in Bronxville said recently.
The last available space at Village Green was leased by Xing Long Spa, Inc., which plans to open a reflexology spa early next year at 726 Saw Mill River Road. The location was previously leased by Yogurt By You, a frozen yogurt shop. Other Village Green tenants include Starbucks, GiGi’s Playhouse, Ardsley Veterinary Associates and Umami Sushi.
Ardsley Shopping Center, located on Center Street, recently added Fitness Now LLC, which joins existing tenants DeCicco Family Market, TrustCo Bank, Nail Central, Ardsley Pizzeria and Bellantoni’s Tae Kwon Do.
Joan Simon of Admiral Real Estate Services represented both the landlord and tenant in each transaction.
“I’m pleased to say that thanks to the diligent marketing efforts of Admiral, both centers are now 100 percent leased,” said Maurice Hyacinthe, owner of Village Green and Ardsley Shopping Center.
