A pool of $750 million in economic development funds is waiting to be tapped into, and businesses, municipalities and nonprofits can find out how to compete for the funding by attending the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council”™s workshop Friday on the consolidated funding application.
The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. in the SUNY New Paltz campus student union.
In the state’s Regional Economic Development Council program, regional councils shepherd project applications from public and private entities to Albany for funding awards and identify priority development projects in their respective regions. The consolidated funding application is meant to streamline and expedite the grant application process.
Those wishing to attend the workshop are asked to RSVP here.
