Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP, an insurance- and business-related litigation firm, has expanded its operations by opening the firm”™s first location in Hartford.
The global commercial real estate firm Colliers International arranged the long-term, 8,056-square-foot lease on behalf of Ryan Ryan Deluca with the firm taking a portion of the sixth floor of the 18-story CityPlace II, located at 185 Asylum St.
“After years of representing Ryan Ryan Deluca in Stamford, we were engaged to find a new location for this growing firm in Hartford,” said Jeff Williams, executive managing director at Colliers International, who along with associate Hollis Pugh and Hartford office principal Phil Gagnon represented the tenant in the transaction. “We were able to find space at CityPlace II that was a perfect fit. We then worked closely with the new ownership in order for Ryan Ryan Deluca to occupy in a timely fashion.”
Ryan Ryan Deluca, which was founded in Stamford more than 50 years ago, will share its new office building with other companies including Ameriprise Financial Services, Bank of America, and Axiom Venture Partners.
