Pennsylvania-based and publicly traded Toll Brothers, which, since 1992, has built more than 2,000 homes in 45 different Connecticut communities, is rolling out hundreds more in Danbury.
The latest benchmark for Rivington by Toll Brothers, which began in 2011, featured the recent completion of the site”™s clubhouse.
Called and billed as “a new American village,” the development on 258 wooded acres at 300 Center Meadow Lane will feature 900 units priced from the high $200,000 range. Construction is ongoing.

Two home collections, The Hills and The Ridge, are more expensive and feature more space and amenities. The Hills prices start in the upper $300,000s and The Ridge homes are priced from the mid-$400,000s. The basic home plan is found in The Mews collection.
The development recently opened The Rivington Club, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, with a ribbon-cutting. The clubhouse includes an indoor pool; a state-of-the-art fitness center; an aerobics/yoga studio; a large hall for social events; a billiards room with both pool and card tables; a theater room; a full-service kitchen and an arts-and-crafts room. Outside there are tennis and bocce courts.
