Orange County Partnership, a nonprofit economic development agency in Goshen, recently named William Fioravanti as the new director of business attraction.
The agency serves as a one-stop resource for business development in Orange County. Its team of economic development professionals works closely with commercial real estate brokers, developers, site selection firms and regional and statewide economic development agencies seeking cost-effective locations for corporate relocations and expansions, according to its website.
Fioravanti will oversee the sales and marketing responsibilities and generate consumer interest and inquiry in the agency’s services.
Fioravanti previously was vice president of business development at the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.
Maureen Halahan, president and CEO of the partnership, said Fioravanti is “no stranger to economic development.” His work ethic, leadership, interpersonal skills and passion for positive business growth in Orange County makes him a “great addition” to the team, she added.
