NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is establishing a new women’s health program in Westchester and Manhattan funded by a $20 million gift from entrepreneur and philanthropist Emilia Fazzalari. She is a co-founder of Cincoro Tequila and is the company’s executive chairperson. She also co-created the TV situation comedy show “Extended Family.”
NewYork-Presbyterian is using the gift to create the Emilia Fazzalari Women’s Health Center of Excellence and the Emilia Fazzalari Women’s Health Program, together known as Fazzalari Women’s Health.
“We have rethought and reorganized women’s care in a meaningful way,” said Fazzalari. “This model brings a new standard to women’s health.”

The hospital notes that patients will be cared for by a coordinated team of specialists who remain engaged with the patient over time rather than having fragmented visits with various health care providers. Obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Mary Rosser is director of Fazzalari Women’s Health. Care will be delivered at NewYork-Presbyterian’s The One at 1111 Westchester Ave., in White Plains as well as in Manhattan.
“We are grateful to Emilia for this meaningful gift, which allows us to better support women as active partners in their health, seeking to improve quality of life and extend longevity,” said Rosser. “This model enables true coordination across specialties.”
Services include gynecologic, cardiovascular, mental health, neurocognitive, gastrointestinal and sexual health care; nutrition and exercise; and genetic screening. The hospital says the new program is among the region’s few to offer comprehensive menopause management, providing personalized plans for both short-term symptoms and long-term health outcomes.
