Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, was involved in the sale of a former automotive building at the entrance to the Stop & Shop supermarket on Westchester Avenue in White Plains and a Yonkers building housing a Central Market grocery and specialty store.

The former Hyundai automotive dealership building located at 130 Westchester Ave. was sold for $3,350.000. The seller was 130 Westchester Avenue LLC located in White Plains and the buyer was SE 130 Westchester Avenue Corporation, with an address in Yonkers.
The 4,500-square-foot building is on a 12,600-square-foot lot. The buyer is described as an investor who will be seeking his own tenant. Both the seller and purchaser were represented by Houlihan Lawrence’s Andrew Grossman and Garry Klein.

The Yonkers property at 4-8 Warburton Ave. sold for $970,000. The building has three floors of vacant office space. The ground floor has 5,500 square feet of retail space leased to the store selling groceries and other products. The buyer envisions restoring the 1908 structure with 8,500 square feet of office space. Houlihan Lawrence’s Jeffrey Landsman, represented the buyer.
