EcoFoam Insulation Supply Inc., the Stamford-based distributor of insulation and related accessories, has been acquired by Beacon Roofing Supply Inc., a publicly traded distributor of residential and commercial roofing materials and complementary building products headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
