Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. in New York City is serving as project manager for Orange Regional Medical Center”™s $99 million construction project that will add a nearly 153,000-square-foot physician”™s office building and a 26,00-square-foot cancer center to the hospital”™s East Main Street campus in Middletown.
JLL said its project and development services team is led by Vincent Knoll, project executive and managing director with JLL”™s health care practice; Samuel Paglianite, vice president; Jack Tenanty, managing director; and Hilary Thomas, senior vice president. The team is working with Stephen Sugrue, vice president of compliance, real estate and audit at Orange Regional Medical Center. The project is expected to be completed in 2016.
JLL has managed the project from conceptual design through municipal approvals for the campus expansion, and will continue oversight through final occupancy and operations, said a spokesperson for the professional services and investment management firm.
JLL also was tapped as project manager when Orange Regional Medical Center built its $271 million, 621,000-square-foot, 383-bed replacement hospital that was completed in 2008.
