Regulators approved the $60 million sale of Birmingham, Ala.-based HealthSouth Corp.”™s ambulatory surgery operations in Connecticut. New owner Surgery Holdings L.L.C. will be gaining clinics in Bridgeport, Danbury and Hartford.
