Publicly traded and New York City-based Empire State Realty Trust Inc. has leased 10,842 square feet at 100 First Stamford Place in Stamford to American Express Travel Related Services Co. Inc.
American Express will relocate from 400 Atlantic St. to its newly built offices at First Stamford Place this summer.
Jeffrey H. Newman, senior vice president of Empire State Realty Trust and its affiliates, represented the landlord in the transaction along with senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino and leasing associate Tara Long. Sean Cahill and Jim Silberfein of CBRE represented American Express.
First Stamford Place is a three-building, 784,160-rentable-square-foot office complex adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center.
